LEAF CHRONICLE OPINION MORAL RIGHT OR IMMORAL LEFT?

LEAF CHRONICLE OPINION
MORAL RIGHT OR IMMORAL LEFT?

For one hour from 11pm to midnight Memorial Day evening, I listened to a discussion on President’s Obama’s book, “Dreams From My Father.”   Fox TV presented a group of journalist and citizens representing the Right’s agenda, picked through certain sections of the book. From his own writings, Obama includes historical data from earlier and later years in life. It included Obama’s alcoholic drinking, drugs, association with socialist, Pastor Wright and Liberation Theology, leaders of the Nation of Islam, his racial preference for student friends, eating dog meat, and many other negative things from the president’s own writings.
The host suggested the mainstream media reports on President’s Bush drugs and life was more negative than the report on President Obama. However, the video clip reported Bush kept denying drug reports but the press kept pushing for the truth.  Obama has published in a book  available  for  all to read what most of us desire to keep private.
This discussion will be center of Right media reporting. Most of us have keep things in our past private.  Gov. Rommey did not willingly report negative things of his past, but some were leaked. What’s the point of conversion, confession, redemption, if it is never accepted by your   critics?  I challenge all critics to check their resume and notice that not one bad thing is recorded. Those considered to be on the moral right or the immoral left should be reminded that David, wrote “The Lord Is My Shepherd” but he has a bad report in the Book. Moses was the great deliverer, but he has a bad report in the Book. Paul, honored writer of the Epistles, but he had a bad report in the Book. God did not hide their bad and President Obama did not hide his. Those who  oppose  President Obama are like the “Birthers questioning his citizenship” and  will never find anything good to say about him.
